Ronald listed our house few months ago and I was a little bit hesitant at first because his recommended price is lower than what we wanted our property to sell for. He took the time to explain the reason why and provided information to justify his recommended price. He took the time to research and understand the market. He even visited similar properties for sale in our neighborhood. He also made it clear that his recommendation is just recommendation, and that we still have the final say in the end. Having a good understanding of his recommendation, we followed his advice, and we’re very thankful that we did. We had multiple offers on the first day, we sold it above the listing price and negotiated repairs that saved us thousands of dollars. We got more than what we were expecting. He’s really amazing! I really appreciate his HONESTY, EXPERTISE, and PROFESSIONALISM. Most of all, I love that he represented us like we’re his own brother and sister. He got our backs from beginning all the way to the end. He’s definitely one of the BEST realtors in San Diego. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up being one of the BEST in the country.
