This was my first experience selling a property and Rob helped me every step of the way. He thoroughly explained how the selling process worked and what to expect, and responded promptly to my many questions. Rob listened to me and my concerns, and then provided excellent advice on my options. Because I had already moved out and my unit was vacant, Rob suggested we use “virtual furniture” in the pictures for my marketing brochure. I didn’t even know you could do that and the brochure turned out great! Rob definitely has the interest of the client first and foremost, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.
