I imagine the best review a Real Estate agent can get is a referral. Rick was referred to us by some close friends, and we have since referred him to others! We were first time home sellers and generally did not have a clue what we were in for. He was patient but knew when and where to push us, and that type of knowledge only comes with experience. Rick helped us every step of the way. From staging and prepping the house to understanding paperwork and timeline, he guided us through it all. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got top dollar for our listing, we were prepared and ready at each stage of the process, and most importantly, that we were comfortable with each decision we were making. Rick is a great Real Estate agent. He’s also fun to be around! It makes looking for your next home just that much sweeter of an experience!
