Richard is one of the most caring, conscientious, and hard-working realtors I have ever worked with. Not only does he take a personal interest in the well-being of his clients, but he always goes above and beyond–advocating for his clients when roadblocks arise, alerting them to pitfalls and to take proactive measures, and going with his clients every step of the way to ensure that each one finds the home of his or her dreams. He is incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of real estate, and commits to being a resource to all clients long after the contracts have been signed and the keys turned over. I can’t tell you how many clients I know who, many years later, still think of Richard as family because of all he has done for them . He’s that good!
