I have had the pleasure of working with Phillip Belenky and his team twice now, and it was an absolute pleasure on both accounts. The first time I worked with Phillip was for the purchase of my condo six years ago. As a first time home buyer, it was immensely helpful and comforting having Phillip’s professional knowledge and expertise to walk me through this new to me process. He was able to help connect me with and arrange other professional services as well, which made the process smooth such as inspections, estimates for necessary repairs, mortgage broker, moving company, etc.
Most recently Phillip and his team helped us sell our condo and also purchase our forever home. This time around was more work, as we had to get our condo ready for sale as well as purchase another home at the same time – again Phillip helped in so many ways to make this all come together for us. He helped facilitate many upgrades to our condo by connecting us with contractors who completed our projects within a tight timeline and within our budget, which we were so grateful for. The communication from him and his team during this whole process was outstanding, and their efforts resulted in a full price offer within two days of listing, in a market that was saturated with other condominiums. We were ecstatic!
The process to purchase the home we’re in now, our forever home, I don’t believe would have happened without the knowledge and professionalism that Phillip brings to the table. The home was only on the market for one weekend before offers were being reviewed the following Monday, ours was one of 11 offers. Phillip was able to make a connection with the sellers agent, make sure all of our paperwork was ready and in order, and do all of the leg work required to put together an offer that wasn’t the highest, but was the most desirable to the sellers.
Phillip almost makes it look like magic, how everything comes together – but I know it’s really all of the hard work, experience, and heart that he puts into his clients and their listings that result in an experience you wouldn’t find with other agents. I would (and have) wholeheartedly recommend Phillip Belenky and his team at PBNW Homes, they really are the best.
