If you are looking to find your perfect home in Virginia, We would recommend Nicole Duffey without hesitation. She is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She also has contacts for anything you can imagine for checking your home and repairs. She was even able to get a structural engineer to our home with less than 24 hours notice, on a weekend, in order to ensure that a brick wall in our garage wasn’t unsafe before our inspection timeframe ended.

One thing that we loved was her questionnaire activity, where she took us through a comprehensive series of questions she knew can help understand what was negotiable and nonnegotiable to make something YOUR perfect home. With the help of that meeting, she was able to send us only homes she thought met enough of our criteria to be worth looking at.
