Thomas and Michael were a spectacular duo. We were driving from two hours away to look at homes in the Cleveland area, due to the turnover in the market we needed to act quickly and take many trips to CLE. The good news is our outstanding realtors were able to meet at a moments notice, a quick text or email with a list of properties and within the next two hours arrangements were made and the viewings could begin, no wasted time, always present when we needed to look.

Tom was friendly, kind, and provided a level of professionalism that made searching for a home easy. If we had questions, he had answers or more importantly got back to us in a timely manner. He provided us with all of the information we asked for on each property, was incredibly quick to follow up with everyone involved in the transaction, we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on with a property.

During the purchase process, Tom was aggressive, communicative, and worked incredibly hard to make sure we were happy. There was no sugar coating or diverting the process, he was upfront and honest about where the transaction was. I appreciated how seamless the whole process was once we found Tom and Michael. I would use their services again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys for making this easy.Less
