As a first time home buyer, I definitely made the right choice choosing Michael Markus as my real estate agent.
Michael guided me through the entire process with sheer finesse. He made what can be a very stressful time for many people, fun and exciting. I felt confident and relaxed from start to finish. Michael negotiated a great purchase price and exceeded my expectations in finding out information about the area I chose to live. He handled every detail of my purchase, large and small, fast and efficiently. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about Florida living and the different areas of Florida. He is professional, ethical and through his pleasant demeanor, I felt totally at ease.
I am moving from New York and Michael went above and beyond to answer all my questions and give me information regarding relocating to Florida. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Michael and I have already recommended him to a friend. 10 Stars for Michael!
