As a first-time buyer, the idea of getting a mortgage seemed overwhelming (and it might have been if I had gone with someone else). But Michael and his team put me at ease through the whole process. Every concern was met with a solid and confident answer, every phone call was answered immediately or followed up on within minutes. They were proactive, intuitive, encouraging, and FAST. Every time my realtor or I reached out, the answer was either “It’s done” or “it’s ready and waiting.” My first house is not a mansion, but I feel like I got the millionaire treatment!
