When I secured a job in the Triangle Area I knew that the best upside would be in Durham. My wish list was to find a home near downtown that had not been flipped which allow me to do the work myself or according to my taste. This was quite challenging.

Melina worked with me for four months to meet my objectives. Her knowledge of the are helped steer me away from some options and zero in on the best options. A little over two years later I decided to do a cash out refinance to add on a master bathroom. As part of this process a formal appraisal was required. What a nice surprise to learn that in this shorts period of time the appraised value had increased 35%. How’s that for professional guidance and perseverance.

Melina continues to stay in contact and remains an excellent resource as a new resident to the area. I have no plans to sell or buy soon but there is no doubt who I will call when I do.
