After having our co-op on the market for a year without receiving a single offer, we decided to change real estate brokers and hired Matt to help sell our property.Within the first three months of working with Matt, we received multiple offers including an offer which we accepted and have since closed on the sale of our home. He worked extremely hard in setting up open houses and scheduling prospective buyers to come view our home. Without his hard work, our property would probably still be on the market.
As we now look to buy a new home, we will once again be working with Matt and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
