I contacted Matt online to help with my condo purchase. Within minutes he sent me a list of condos, most of which were perfect matches. He gave excellent advice as we made offers in a seller’s market and I ultimately got the unit I wanted. Matt recommended an excellent home inspector, a lender and closing attorney. Friends tell me horror stories about purchasing a home but my purchase really could not have been any more pleasant. I’ll definitely be calling Matt again when it’s time to upgrade!
