Mary has a true calling for her profession! After owning and selling many of our own homes, we have never worked with a realtor that made the process of buying a home so seamless until working with her! From our first phone conversation with Mary it was very clear that she knew the greater Phoenix area like the back of her hand! I was so impressed that she was an Arizona native! Mary checked in with us frequently throughout the 2 months just to see if we had questions and to refine our search criteria. After arriving in Scottsdale in July of 2020 we were armed with the homes we wanted to view, thanks to the portal. Mary took us out immediately when we were ready and within 2 days we found our dream home! We closed 3 weeks later! We are now proud homeowners in Scottsdale thanks to Mary’s planning, communication, approach, and stellar negotiation skills! It’s a very competitive buyer’s market and we are forever grateful that we had the good sense to choose Mary as our realtor! We also note here that Mary works with a plethora of knowledgeable and stellar professionals from our home loan to our escrow officer to a myriad of professionals we are still tapping into today as we make our new home our own! Mary thought of every detail and was so communicative and the BEST advocate we have asked for!
