Mark and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about the Baton Rouge market. Mark grew up in Baton Rouge and knows every neighborhood, no exaggeration. For buyers and sellers in this market, his knowledge is a huge advantage. Mark also gets the math of home ownership and understands budget restrictions, value, and negotiation. Finally, Mark is very trustworthy. Through my experience of selling and buying TWO homes with him, I have him on my “Favorites” list in my phone and will always defer to his opinion for future real estate needs and questions.
