Never in my wildest dreams did I think the nerve-wracking process of selling our house could turn out to be the positive experience it was working with Lynn Shepodd. This took place during a peak work period, my husband had relocated out-of-state ahead of me with his employment and I also had been quite ill prior to putting the house on the market. Lynn’s expertise, guidance, hand-holding, hard work and calming ways guided us through the whole process including the listing, loan process, Open House, inspections, repairs, code compliance and the myriad of details that go into the selling of a house. She went beyond the call of duty time and time again. All her behind-the-scenes work paid off when we had multiple offers the first week and sold our house to one of those (exceptional) offers.

I would highly recommend Lynn Shepodd to anyone interested in buying or selling a house … in fact, I don’t know how you would do it without her.
