I am so thankful for the Keyseekers for helping me purchase my very first home. I was renting for the past few years and was tired of wasting money on rent. I wasn’t sure where to begin but after one meeting with Jenn and Lisa, I left much more educated on the home buying process. They led me step by step from getting preapproved for a mortgage, to knowing what to expect with upfront money needed for; appraisal, inspections, escrow, down payment and closing costs. Being a first-time home buyer, I wasn’t aware of all the upfront costs involved, so I was very thankful they explained all this to me before we even started the process. They have strong negotiating skills and a big reason that my offer beat out a multiple offer situation. One of their recommended lenders was able to get me closed in less that 3 weeks. Jenn and Lisa had great communication and always quick to respond. The Keyseekers turned what I thought was a very overwhelming and scary process, to a smooth and easy one. I am so thankful for them making my First Home Buying experience a happy one and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.
