Kim is really an all star! I have purchased twice from her and sold once. I have found her to be knowledgeable, direct and honest.
When I sold my house she advices me on how to display my house. She had me look at comps and view my competition. We priced the house aggressively. It brought 3 offers the first weekend and I accepted one.
