My husband, our daughter, and I had the pleasure of working with Kent twice in a less than two-year period. Our daughter accepted a job in Hot Springs in the late summer of 2017, and was looking for a house there. Kent found a great fit for her needs, and helped us navigate a somewhat complicated multi-state closing! He truly looked out for our daughter’s best interests and guided her, and us, in a caring, yet professional manner. Less than two years later, our daughter’s life path led her to a different city, so we reached out to Kent to help us with the sale of the Hot Springs house. Every step of the way, we felt that Kent had our backs, kept us well-apprised, and diligently searched for that “just right” buyer. Though we don’t anticipate another Hot Springs real estate need, we know exactly who we’d call if we did: Kent Dover!
