Keith is always on top of matters and is an exceptionally dedicated and forthright agent. He is highly
responsive to communications and adept at problem solving. He and Wayne provide complete and timely
satisfaction. We live in Virginia and communicated easily and frequently with them by text, email, and phone.
They typically responded within minutes during the work day and by 6:00 am to queries sent later in the
evening. They never missed a message over the +6 mo. home search.
We are experienced home buyers but every market is different. Keith was able to explain market factors,
builder reputation, growth patterns and community characteristics clearly and professionally. We both
