We had a great experience hunting for our dream retirement home in Sarasota, Florida with Keith Kropp and his partner Wayne Rogers. We made two visits to Sarasota, in April and November of 2016. On both occasions, Keith and Wayne devoted several days, escorting us to see many homes that were on our “wish list”. In between our visits we received daily e-mails from Keith with new listings in our price range and with the amenities we wanted. After we selected our dream house in November, Keith kept us “in the loop” as the closing date neared. We closed in early February, and have been slowly moving in. It was nice to visit with Keith and Wayne on our latest Sarasota visit in late April, 2017. We were pleased with their real estate expertise and services, We are also pleased to have them as new friends. We would certainly recommend Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers to anyone needing real estate help in the Sarasota area.
