Kate and Nick helped us find the perfect home in Orlando! We were moving to Florida from Texas so it was extremely important to work with people we can trust and who would execute. Communication and response time was at the top of our list of priorities. Kate and Nick were accommodating, thoughtful, and quick to reply (within 15-20 minutes) throughout the home buying experience which was so important to us as out of state buyers with some specific needs for our home. In a housing market that was so competitive, we were grateful to have Kate and Nick by our side. They have both lived in Orlando for many years so they have area expertise, are very knowledgeable of the LGBTQIA+ areas and community (which was very important to us), and were able to give us all the information we needed to make the best home choice for us.
