Selling a home is never fun, but Joel made the process very easy. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and made excellent recommendations for necessary repairs on my home. His recommendations for contractors and electricians were also very helpful, and he made sure to help with getting them access to the house while I was at work. He was able to get top dollar price for my home, which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 I would absolutely go with Joel again and would surely recommend him to anyone.
