Joe was a great realtor to have on our side when we bought our condo last year. Unlike other realtors, he always encouraged us to not overbid and stay close to the intrinsic value of the property – which is key in the Boston area. A year later, we are very happy that we stood our ground and came out of the process with a great home that we did not overpay for. As first time home buyers, there were a lot of confusing things about the process but Joe was always on call to clear things up. Me and my partner would always recommend Joe!
