Jen Sandoval exceeded all of our expectations and more! It’s unbelievable how seamless and enjoyable and stress-free the otherwise daunting process of buying a home went for us…all thanks to Jen and her amazing skills. Jen’s not only very knowledgeable about the city of Bellingham and all its neighborhoods but the market here as well. Jen was incredibly communicative throughout the process, responding to our frantic texts and calls at all hours and assuring us we would find just the right home. Jen’s knowledge of the market meant we could make smart, creative, and competitive offers on our desired properties. We were completely shocked that a buyer accepted our offer only our second week in town after moving across the country to Bellingham. Something else we are so grateful for was Jen’s willingness to connect us with a truly stellar lender, pre-inspector, and other service providers. Additionally, our son got to know Jen well over the course of our search. Jen’s ability to build a report with her clients of all of ages can’t be matched!
