Jeff was wonderful throughout my search for my first home. His diligence, availability to answer any and all questions, real estate expertise, and sense of humor were key to making the apartment search as smooth as possible. Jeff guided me through viewing countless properties and through a protracted negotiation on the first property I made an offer on that was unique, to say the least. Although that offer was not successful because the seller changed her mind and pulled the listing, I was so appreciative of Jeff’s attention and commitment to keeping me informed of developments as soon as they happened.

On Jeff’s advice I continued my search uninterrupted and within a month found another property. Jeff’s guidance, along with Halstead’s expert review of all co-op board packages, resulted in a board package that the listing agent complimented as perhaps the most meticulous board package he had ever seen from a buyer. I have already been delighted by the warm reception from my new neighbors, and credit Jeff with having guided me to a wonderful new home. I truly value Jeff’s professionalism and the personal connection we have formed. I cannot speak highly enough about him.
