At our first meeting it was obvious to us that Jeff was very concerned with understanding our needs and
wants. Jeff also had an in-depth knowledge of the areas we were interested in. On our first tour of homes,
this was very apparent to us. We developed great confidence in Jeff right away and he continued to impress
us with his dedication to finding us the right home.

As a real estate agent, Jeff is excellent and represents to us the ideal of what an agent should be. More
importantly, Jeff is a great person with a friendly and helpful demeanor. He went out of his way to help us
find the right place and even now, after the sale, Jeff has continued to stay in contact to help us get settled
and comfortable in our new home.

Since we were living out of state, Jeff handled many of the things that we would ordinarily be involved in, like
inspections. His knowledge of the local market was indispensable in guiding us during contract negotiations.

We did not attend the closing, since we had confidence that Jeff would ably represent our interests, which he
did.

Our experience with Jeff Clonts as our real estate agent couldn’t have been better..
