My husband and I knew Jeffrey socially, and when it came time to start searching for our first home, we knew
he would be perfect. It was like a light bulb went off: “Oh, Jeff! We should totally call him!” There was
something so reassuring about knowing we had someone on our team who already knew us and our
personalities, and who we knew to already be a smart, considerate person–regardless of whether or not he
was helping us to find a home.

One of the best things about Jeff was how much he put us at ease. Buying your first home can be an anxiety
inducing experience, and after every meeting, phone call, and/or email with Jeff, we felt so much calmer and
more prepared.

Being that this was our first time purchasing a home, there was a lot we had questions about. All the research
in the world can’t compare to having a knowledgeable person helping you along the way. Not only was Jeff
patient with our many questions, he explained things every step of the way in a manner that made sense to
first-time buyers like us.

We are hoping to stay in our home for many, many years, but should we choose to sell our house and
purchase a new one, or purchase any secondary residence, there is no doubt in my mind that we would
choose Jeffrey Clonts to help us again!
