We had a wonderful experience working with Derek Hoskins. He was very knowledgeable about the area and details of our home. Before he gave us any pricing or advice he took the time to look into the neighborhood, recent listings, our builder options and public information about the development. Based on this information he gave us an accurate price that the house would sell for. He helped stage the home, took care of it while we were out of town and made sure everything was perfect. He handled the entire photoshoot and made sure the house was perfect before every showing. We were out of town for the whole process and he made it easy. Highly recommended.
