We engaged Jeff to help us find and ultimately transact on a condo in So Florida. We live overseas and first began our interactions on the phone from 12 time zones away. From the outset, Jeff was a joy to work with – flexible, communicative and never pushy. On our arrival in Florida, Jeff was ready to roll up his sleeves. We had outlined a large search area (along 60 miles of coast), so we knew we would require some hand-holding. Jeff took this all in stride and exhibited extraordinary patience and professionalism over a two-day intensive search period. When we made an offer, Jeff helped drive that to a prompt and mutually satisfactory agreement with the Seller, describing carefully the steps & risks. Jeff never tired nor relented in his attentiveness. He consistently demonstrated candor, integrity and follow-through. Throughout this entire process, Jeff has been one of the most genuine, helpful, responsive and polite of the many people we have encountered. We highly recommend Jeff.
