Jason has been a pleasure to work with. The HOA was giving owners and their Realtor(s) a hard time trying to sell their properties during COVID-19, however, Jason was extremely professional and went out of his way. He was able to find a cash buyer and the transaction went very smoothly from contract through inspections all the way to the closing table. I would highly recommend Jason if you’re looking to buy or sell. He is very honest and doesn’t “sugarcoat” the truth. He will advise you like you were a family member. Thanks Jason!
