My partner and I were very particular in what we were interested in buying and after just 1 appointment with Jason he knew exactly what we wanted. After our initial appointment, we flew back home to NJ. Jason kept in touch with us every 10-12 days or so via a short email. We received a call from Jason one afternoon to let us know he might be getting a listing in the next 30-60 days and knew it’s exactly what we wanted! About 45 days +/- passed and Jason called to say that he listed this PH condo and that we have to see it. Jason emailed us some interior/exterior pictures and we booked a flight and arrived within 48 hours. After seeing the condo once we absolutely loved it and asked Jason if we can see it again the following day. Jason was very accommodating and scheduled a second showing. After the second showing, we wrote up an offer and closed 60 days later. Jason is very easy to work with, has a lot of real estate knowledge having been in the business for so many years and we highly recommend him.
