My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jared Neale to purchase our dream home in Baltimore. We were relocating from Orlando so this wasn’t going to be a typical transaction and Jared handled it seamlessly! There were a lot of moving pieces including the contingent sale of our home in Orlando, Jared demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. I flew up for a day to decide on an area we wanted to live in, scheduled several showings with Jared who helped show us around (my wife joined via FaceTime), by the end of that day we had settled on the beautiful Patterson Park neighborhood and began our focus there. The showings for our purchase would be done virtually and I had full trust in Jared after spending time with him that he knew what was important to us. Jared was a pro at the virtual showings and helped us find our dream home! He pointed out things we couldn’t see with the condition of the homes we were viewing. When we put an offer in on our home we felt very confident with our decision. Jared attended the inspection on our behalf, he also did a video for the final walkthrough. He went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of and helped educate me on purchasing in Maryland which was different from my experiences in Florida. Jared was always responsive and helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Jared also recommended an amazing lender who closed our transaction in just 3 weeks!
