Jared was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, honest, realistic, proactive and patient. We were first time home buyers and he practically held our hand through the process. We communicated with the listing agent with all of our concerns and made sure we were in the loop with everything and even referred us to a lender that was also top notch. He met with us months in advance before we even started the house hunt to map out a plan to make sure we closed exactly when we wanted and everything worked out perfectly.
