I cannot say enough great things about James. We had been looking for a place in the Desert Area since February with another realtor with no luck. As soon as we began working with James it was a complete game changer. We were out of state and having him as our eyes and ears made all the difference. He listened to our desires and factored these into our home search. We made an offer on a home and closed within a month of working with him. Above and beyond that he helped us so much with so many different things that were not required or expected. We are so lucky to have found him.
