Heather’s patience, empathy, ability to listen and advocacy allowed us to find the perfect vacation home. Her keen knowledge of the market was a huge help as our search evolved. She presented properties that fit our parameters for over a year until the right one came about. Once we decided to make an offer, she worked tirelessly to coordinate all the moving parts. We live out of state, and she gladly worked with our banker, who was unfamiliar with intricacies of transactions in Florida. After closing, we really began to see that Heather is much more than an excellent Realtor. She continued helping us as we renovated our new place. She put us in touch with great contractors, service providers, etc., and even coordinated appointments! We consider ourselves very fortunate to have encountered Heather, and would gladly work with her in the future. In the meantime, we count her as a friend!
