We have used Team Paradise for 6 different real estate transactions. We are loyal customers because they are a top-notch, hard-working, realistic, level-headed, organized and knowledgeable team! David and Greg epitomize professionalism, and are experts in their field. Because of them and their guidance, we have made sound investments (and profits!) in the Naples market. They are expert negotiators and have “gone to bat” for us on multiple occasions to get us the best deal. Most recently, they sold an investment property of ours, and went above and beyond to prep the house, with the ultimate goal of selling it at the best price – which they did!
