Gary and Garrett were both always helpful and quick to respond even with questions that were out of their expertise. I remember specifically having questions towards the end of the process when signing paperwork for the title company which was closed at the time. Gary took time to understand our situation and gave their personal opinion from being recent sellers. I could tell when we met for the first time they understood the market and wanted the absolute best for their clients. Through the entire process I would have a conversation with either Gary or Garrett or both almost everyday giving updates or just checking in and seeing how we were doing. Our situation was complicated since we were moving to another state but they both were caring and helpful every step of the way! I plan on keeping in touch and now consider them friends!!
