Review for David Kerr by Michelle N

I was referred to David Kerr by my friend, Davina Lara, CEO, Oakland Berkeley Association of Realtors. David and I worked remotely (I’ve been living in New Jersey) to purchase my home in Napa. I gave David information over the phone and by email on what I was looking for, where I wanted to be, what my price range was, etc. and he found me properties to look at, again remotely. I fell in love with my home after David did a video tour for me. We worked together to make an offer, did a little negotiation and I purchased my home. I made arrangements to actually see it prior to closing and again, David was awesome setting the visit up and being there with me. Since my closing and prior to my arrival in Napa, David has assisted me with obtaining a housekeeper and landscaper and even picked up my packages and mail. I have purchased 4 homes in 5 years and David is by far the top class realtor. If I ever purchase another home again I will use David, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor. David should be your number 1 choice for a realtor in Sonoma/Napa.

David has gone above and beyond and I truly appreciate all of his efforts! I am looking forward to settling into my home in Napa, I could not be happier and for that I say thank you David!
