It is my absolute pleasure to write a review on behalf of Daniel. My wife and I were introduced to Daniel by a mutual friend, as we navigated the accelerated purchase of a property in Wellfleet MA.

As a gentleman who was a totally unknown quantity to us, we were impressed immediately with his courtesy, professionalism, clear-eyed thinking about the purchase and his ability to define our underlying trepidation and offer realistic, rational yet friendly advice.

The entire process, six weeks from start to finish, was made more difficult by our overseas travel commitments, as we were away from Massachusetts for the majority of the time. Daniel handled the concomitant problems with a comprehensive, accurate and timely information flow, and was never flustered, which greatly aided our own decision making process.

The negotiations for the property were conducted with absolute professionalism, with once again Daniel proffering sound and realistic advice, on offer terms etc.

Daniel has excellent relationships with other professionals who are essential to the process, including inspectors, a legal firm, and although he never pushed these on to us, we were happy to accept his recommendation.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel to undertake any real estate transaction, and he is entirely familiar with both Cape Cod and Boston markets.
