Colton was very helpful and proactive in finding me my first home. He assisted me in the whole home buying process, and discussed the pros and cons of certain types of homes. The house I ended up buying was only listed for less than 12 hrs. He was able to send me the listing right when it was released, schedule and accommodate a showing last minute, and using his experience and knowledge assisted in placing a bid. The closing schedule was short but he was able to provide any assistance and pointers when I had any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is a first time home buyer who wants transparency and an experienced agent.
