Review for Colby Wulf by Ashley C

Colby is hands down one of THE BEST!! He has actually become like family – a brother we chose! We spent so much time together – him getting to know us as a couple, seeing what we liked, what I didn’t, what we needed, what we wanted, what made sense.. all the things. He was patient, like seriously BEYOND patient with me. I was all over the place and never did I feel like I was a bother to him, or that he felt like I was a hot mess (which I was!) As someone with a super busy schedule, I found myself calling Colby at all kinds of random evening hours and he was almost always available, and if not, he got back to me early the next day. Once we found a house he helped us through all of the paperwork, financing, and closing. He was with us every step of the way!

In addition to helping us buy a house, he helped us sell our previous house as well. We were not prepared, nor did we know what to do. He guided us through the entire process, visually staged it, provided us with tips on what to do, and had it sold within 2 weeks.

I could go on and on – – but what you need to know is do yourself a favor and CALL COLBY! You won’t regret it!!
