Chuck really took his time to learn exactly what we were looking for in a home. He was very thorough in providing a number of potential listings, narrowing down lists with us, and making all the arrangements for a total of 9 viewings in one weekend. With his help and attention to detail, we were able to make a knowledgeable decision in a matter of two days–painlessly. He’s got a great personality and wonderful sense of humor.
