I moved to Atlanta from overseas, not knowing anyone in the area. To begin my home search, I found Chris through a Google search. So although I was taking a chance on a realtor I knew nothing about, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Chris was always responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. In addition, he was very patient as I flip flopped in what I was actually looking for. Most importantly, he proved to be a very honest and good guy. He had no hesitation in pushing me away from more expensive properties if he thought I was not getting a good deal or the property was not a good fit for my particular situation. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Chris to anyone, he is terrific!
