I decided to move back to Atlanta in early 2017 but did not know any real estate agents. Getting connected by chance with Christopher was the best thing that could have happened to me! This guy is stellar. I am a first time buyer so I know jack about the process (but my parents up north do). He took the time to explain everything and was able to consistently provide great advice along the way, and I cross-verified that advice with my parents as being right on point. I went into this not having a clue, but ended buying a house with complete confidence. His knowledge of home renovation was critical in identifying a few duds along the way. I would have never caught the construction faults he pointed out on numerous homes. Christopher is a very genuine and trustworthy person. He did not just try to sell me a house as fast as possible – he took the time to really get to know me and understand my needs and goals.
