Chelsea was absolutely incredible to work with! As first-time homebuyers, we (my girlfriend and I) needed someone that was not only professional, knowledgeable, and patient, but also communicative and passionate about educating their clients. Chelsea fit the bill exactly and we immediately knew that we wanted to work with her after our first meeting.

The first time we toured houses with Chelsea, we saw a house that we knew we wanted to make an offer on. Even though it was on short notice, she immediately got to work drafting up our offer, making it as competitive as possible as we all knew this was too good of a house to pass up. Surprisingly (especially in the current market), our very first offer was accepted and we were quickly on our way to becoming homeowners! She negotiated credits and handled communication between both the sellers and us quickly, securing us inspection credits which we used for repairs. We had numerous questions for Chelsea throughout the entire homebuying process, but she was honest and critical with all of her answers. Additionally, she often gave insightful thoughts about things we never even thought about such as potential renovation and maintenance costs with her background in construction.

Chelsea made our first home purchase experience as smooth as it could have been. If you are looking for a trustworthy and experienced realtor, we could not recommend Chelsea more!
