Chelsea was amazing to work with. We (my girlfriend and I) jumped on a call with her when we were trying to weigh the options between renting or buying a house in Denver – at the time we were leaning towards renting, but after an hour it was pretty clear that we wanted to own a house and definitely wanted to work with Chelsea.

As complete home buying novices, Chelsea first set up a “Home Buying 101” call with us, walking us through the process in general with a step by step approach. She was patient with questions and her knowledge and insight she was able to share on the home buying process was invaluable. It made us excited to move forward, feeling more confident that our decision was the right one for us.

During the search Chelsea helped us determine what was actually important to us based on what we loved about the homes we were looking at – she was honest with her professional opinions, helping us be more critical about properties. When we found our home the process went quickly, but was never overwhelming. Chelsea negotiated various credits on our behalf following the inspection, and within three weeks of placing the offer we closed on the house.

We couldn’t recommend Chelsea more – she was fantastic to work with and made the seemingly daunting task of home buying feel easy.
