I want to brag on the better Agenting about Charlotte Kornik. I received a call just before the walk through just to let me know if the house or carpet was clean enough or if I had any other concerns to let her know and she would take care of it!..Whaat???
I haven’t ever had call like that before….and it inspired me to implement this into my teams procedures! Way to be a BETTER AGENT! My buyer was thrilled and it made us all LOOK GOOD.
