From the moment I met him, Charles was respectful, kind, focused, hard-working and dependable. He was always very generous with his time, making me feel that he truly wanted to understand what would be best for me. From the beginning, he was honest, trustworthy and professional.
When it came to the listing, Charles was incredibly creative. He conceived of an overall vision that wove the highlights of the property together with the highlights of the surrounding neighborhood, then did a write-up and virtual staging that were truly outstanding. He showed foresight and tenacity in negotiating while maintaining honesty and respect, and had a full-price offer for me in less than 24 hours.
