We met Cathy when we moved from Atlanta to Orlando in 2004. We only had one day to fly down to buy a house and she knew our time was limited. She had everything prepared when we arrived. She already knew what we were looking for and had a list of houses ready to go. By the end of our day, we had a signed offer and we flew back to Atlanta. We just loved Cathy’s efficency and knowledge of the market. It made our lives so much easier knowing she was on top of it! My mother subsequently used Cathy to buy and sell her house in Longwood and we used Cathy as recently as this year to sell our house. If you want someone to look out for your best interest, Cathy is the one to go with. She gets it done!
