I connected with Caitlin via a recommendation from a friend as I went through the first time home owners journey. Buying a home is basically entering a whole new world in which Caitlin was very patient in explaining things to me and breaking it down. From day one she listened to what I was looking for and on our first hunt we wasted no time in finding a home that checked all my boxes and was not out of my price range. Throughout the journey no question was too big or too small to her and in the process she ensured that she educated me on things I might not have an idea on. She was very responsive and was able to give me answers as soon as possible. Overall the experience and knowledge was invaluable to me and I am thankful to have had her as my Realtor.
